These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tak66 online betting and casino platform, including all games, services, content, and features made available through tak66. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility and Account Opening

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from tak66 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must hold a valid payment method registered in your own name (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard). Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active tak66 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Your username and password are personal credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity conducted under your account.
• You must notify tak66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tak66 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• tak66 accounts are personal to the registered user and must not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any third party under any circumstances.
• tak66 reserves the right to verify your identity (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

tak66 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it determines that these Terms have been breached. In such cases, tak66 will notify the account holder and any legitimate balance (after review) may be returned at tak66's discretion, minus any bonuses or winnings associated with the breach.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tak66 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tak66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method — refer to the payment section of your account dashboard for current limits.
• tak66 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification. tak66 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile money provider.
• tak66 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the tak66 account. tak66 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• tak66 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges; tak66 is not responsible for third-party fees charged by your mobile money operator or card issuer.

tak66 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds. Player funds held in the tak66 account are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tak66 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that bonus.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash before the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• tak66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Notification of changes will be made on the platform or via your registered contact details.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g., specific live casino tables or sports markets) may be excluded from bonus play.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using bonus funds in prohibited ways, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and accounts closed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on tak66 are subject to the specific rules governing each game or sporting event. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tak66 does not allow cancellation of bets after the market closes or the game round begins, except where stated otherwise in individual game rules.
• Winnings are credited to your tak66 account balance automatically after each settled game round or sporting event result. Bet settlement times for live sports events may vary depending on the outcome verification process.
• In the event of a technical error, connection failure, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, tak66 reserves the right to void the affected round. tak66's decision on any disputed bet or game outcome is final.
• tak66 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes, limit maximum winnings, or decline bets from any player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

tak66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. tak66 provides the following responsible gaming tools which players may activate at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your tak66 account.
• Session time reminders — set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your tak66 account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months. Contact support to initiate a self-exclusion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of software tools (bots, scripts, automated betting programs) that provide an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity through the tak66 platform.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, software errors, or miscalculated odds to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users or tak66 staff via any communication channel including live chat and support tickets.

tak66 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where fraud or prohibited activity is detected, tak66 may freeze account funds pending investigation and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tak66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of tak66 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any tak66 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of tak66 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tak66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if tak66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tak66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tak66 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tak66 makes no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

tak66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. 11. Amendments to These Terms

tak66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
